| Quality of results: |
For R&D activity is completed five reports of sufficient quality performance of the four sectors concerned, the business sector, government sector, higher education sector and non-profit sector and budget appropriations allocated to research and development activity. Quality reports are based on various quality criteria and indicators and are in line with standards set by the European statistical Eurostat quality. The main criteria for quality pursued reports are: relevance, accuracy, timeliness and punctuality, Accessibility and clarity, comparability, consistency and cost and burden on respondents. Quality reports are on site INS.

| Short history of activity: |
System surveys in R & D has undergone several stages depending on the changes that took place in network research and development units. In 1993 forms were redesigned creating distinct forms. Starting with year of reference 2011, was redesigned again all questionnaires, according with sectors of performance. |
